2024 World Match Racing Tour Points Champions

Chris Poole and the Riptide Racing team have won the 2024 World Match Racing Tour Points Championship! After an incredible season showing extreme constancy the team secured the over WMRT Championship. To win the World Match Racing Tour has been one of the teams major goals since embarking on this match race journey. The season highlights include wins at Congressional Cup, Match Cup Sweden, Oakcliff International, Thompson Cup, and Detroit Cup.

The success of this season can be attributed to the teams philosophy and approach that continues to be the winning formula on the water. The formula focuses on finding the right sailors that bring the kind of attitude has made Riptide Racing the # 1 team in the World.

The 2024 season included the following incredible sailors, Joachim Aschenbrenner, Mal Parker, Luke Payne, Bernardo Freitas, Harry West, Ben Bardwell, Connor Mashlan, Matt Cornwell, Kai Coleman, Cam Seagreen, Sam Gilmour, Patrick Norris, Dominic Dulac, and Sam Fulston.

Thank you to all of our supporters who have believed in Riptide Racing and stood behind us 100%. We still have a long way to go, but we couldn’t have gotten this far without your support, for which we’re forever grateful. What we have showed is just part of Riptide Racing’s potential – with the necessary tools, we have the capacity to go all the way.
