Practice Day 1 in Bermuda

Today was the teams first day on the water here in Bermuda after some boat work on Wednesday to make sure our M32 was ready. Today the breeze filled in nicely from the west after the front moved off this morning making for some spectacular sailing conditions for these high performance catamarans. We got started with some windward leeward practice to get back into the motions. The whole afternoon the breeze continued to build so it made for a great practice session with the team. Also out on the water crossing tacks with us were the Americas Cup teams training in their AC45's!!!

Tomorrow is the official practice day but it looks like there may not be any sailing depending on what the wind gods decide to throw at us (30-40kts). But the weekend forecast looks great for racing so stay tuned!!!

THANK YOU to all of our supporters who have believed in Riptide Racing and stood behind us 100%. We still have a long way to go, but we couldn’t have gotten this far without your support, for which we’re forever grateful. What we have showed is just part of Riptide Racing’s potential –with the necessary tools, we have the capacity to go all the way.
